Room was very, very small - bathroom in particular was very cramped. Not located in the best part of town - quite seedy after dark.

Very nice, clean and functional hotel. No luxury, but everything worked well and the staff spoke excellent English. Price for the quality is really good. Good parking place, if you are travelling by car.

The Staff were very welcoming, helpful and the service, especially the breakfast was excellent. The location is close enough to the main train station and very easy to access with the excellent intra-city transport (buses and trams).

The staff were excellent, and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to ensure that we had a room suited to our needs. The room itself was quite spacious and had a great view.
The facility was oddly laid out over two buildings. This was not a major concern, but it was an oddity. And it is not in the city center (which we knew), so there was rather a long walk involved in getting to Old Town. This is not a criticism (it is what it is): just a note.

Good value for money, the hotel was very sufficient with cleanliness, comfort and facilities including the breakfast. A short tram ride, the stop being around the corner from the hotel, takes you to the heart of the town, it should serve as a good base in winter as well.
No wifi in the room. There is no lift for the luggage either and not easy to get to by public transport.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is not close to the old town (at least 15 minutes walk), but it is very close to Bergisel Ski Jump Innsbruck which has a very good view of Innsbruck. Even in summer, you can get to see practice jumps - which is amazing.
The hotel seesm to have been apartments. We do not mind the glass partition, but the shower cabinet does feel tight even for normally buult people.

Breakfast was good plenty of variety. Close to City centre. Female receptionist was very good at her job.
Free parking was difficult to access. Internet in room was only cable, no wifi in room. No lift to 3rd floor. No fridge, no tea coffee facilities. Bad smell coming through window on top floor. No aircon.

Fairly good location to city center. Staff was helpful and spoke english. It is a very functional hotel with large room and good bath faciities. Good breakfast and free parking. Easy to find by car. We were assigned to a building adjacent to the main hote building. Request to stay in main building. Decent tv selection. Decent price/value ration , but not great.
No minibar, no ac.
